• Production of monthly factsheets and quarterly reports for our client’s public funds • Production of fund reporting for dedicated client accounts (mandates) • Production of non-standard reporting (monthly, quarterly) • Replies to incoming client/investment consultant/distributor enquiries • Proof-reading of fund manager commentaries and other documents in English • Providing support to Investor Relations team based in Paris and overseas entities • Completion of investment consultant databases • Completion of due diligence questionnaires / RFIs / RFPs (in English) • Sourcing information to answer the questions posed and tailoring existing answers to specific Questions • Proactive drafting and updating of material to be included in RFPs
• English-mother tongue (a good working knowledge of French would be a plus) • Strong academic background • Experience in asset management (preferably equities) • Strong reasoning ability (i.e., capacity to spot inconsistencies/errors in language and dataused to represent strategies). • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and produce accurate work under tight time constraints. • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a close team • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a prerequisite • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Dynamic, inquisitive, self-motivated person with excellent team spirit • Service-orientation and commitment • Knowledge of FactSet would be a plus, as would knowledge of the US market
